I had Troy from Zaspel Plumbing come out to give an estimate on an outdoor water spigot repair. The spigot was over 20 years old and was is very bad shape. After his inspection he gave me several different options on how to proceed with this repair. He gave me each option with an explanation of the work and cost to compete each one. I chose the option to go with and he did the repair on the spot in a very timely manner. Troy seems very knowledgeable and cares about his work. I then scheduled my next repair with him! I would definitely recommend him for your plumbing needs.

Troy was excellent from the start. We received many quotes for a new water heater and asked many questions - Troy ultimately answered them best and most transparently, explaining things other plumbers didn't in initial inquiry.
He gave us a formal quote that was reasonable and included all costs from the get-go so there were no surprises.
He arrived on time (early, in fact!) and was out in 2 hours, gave us great tips for maintenance, and didn't try to upsell us on anything we didn't need (our house is a 100yo starter home).

My wife and I had Troy from Zaspel Plumbing install a Capital water softener on 28 Jan 2025. Troy’s customer service from estimate to installation is second to none. He answers all questions at project review prior to estimate and leaves nothing to question. Installation day he was prompt on time, had all tools and was very professional.
