These Terms & Conditions apply to services provided by Zaspel Plumbing LLC. By requesting or authorizing services from Zaspel Plumbing LLC, you agree to the following terms.
1. Services and Estimates
Services will be performed as described in the estimate, proposal, or other written agreement provided to the customer. Estimates are based on the information available at the time and may change if unforeseen conditions, additional work, or customer-requested changes arise. Any additional work will be communicated to the customer when reasonably possible.
2. Payment
Payment is due according to the terms stated on the estimate, invoice, or service agreement. Zaspel Plumbing LLC accepts the payment methods made available to the customer. Past-due balances may be subject to applicable late fees or collection costs.
3. Customer-Provided Materials
Zaspel Plumbing LLC is not responsible for defects, incompatibility, damage, delays, or failures resulting from materials or fixtures supplied by the customer. Customer-provided materials may not be covered by our workmanship or product warranty. Additional labor or service charges may apply if customer-provided materials are defective, incomplete, incorrect, or require replacement.
4. Access to Property
Customers are responsible for providing reasonable access to the property and work areas at the scheduled time. Delays caused by lack of access, unsafe conditions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control may result in additional charges or rescheduling.
5. Existing Conditions
Plumbing systems may contain hidden, pre-existing, or unforeseen conditions that cannot reasonably be identified before work begins. Zaspel Plumbing LLC is not responsible for damage or failures caused by pre-existing conditions or conditions that are not reasonably discoverable during the course of normal work.
6. Warranties
Any warranties provided by Zaspel Plumbing LLC will be stated on the applicable estimate, invoice, or service agreement. Manufacturer warranties on products and equipment are subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.
7. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Customers are asked to provide reasonable notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. Zaspel Plumbing LLC reserves the right to charge applicable service, cancellation, or trip fees when a customer cancels, reschedules, or is unavailable for a scheduled appointment.
8. Text Messages and Communications
By providing your phone number, you agree that Zaspel Plumbing LLC may contact you by phone or text regarding appointments, estimates, invoices, service updates, customer service, and occasional promotional offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of promotional or non-essential text messages by replying STOP.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Zaspel Plumbing LLC will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from services provided. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to waive any rights or protections that cannot legally be waived.
10. Changes to Terms
Zaspel Plumbing LLC may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The current version will be made available to customers upon request or through our website.
